Cancellation policy
Delegates who are unable to attend the Congress after submitting a registration form are welcome to nominate a substitute.
All substitutions and cancellations should be notified writing an e-mail to cactuscongress2025@magnacongresos.es
Cancellations until 30th January, 2025 : 50€ for administrative costs.
Cancellations until 15th March, 2025 : 50% penalty
Cancellations after 15th April, 2025 : no refund - 100% penalty
Refunds will be made in the following ways:
For payments received by credit cards, the same credit card will be refunded.
For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made, all bank charges will be paid by the registrant.
All refunds requests must be sent by e-mail to cactuscongress2025@magnacongresos.es
